    Hi babe! I’m so excited you’re here to workout with me! Health has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember… but It wasn’t until I had my first child that I realized TRUE health is more than just exercise; it’s a full body experience of the mind, body and soul. I have 2 babies and 2 different postpartum experiences. I gained 70lbs with my first, lost it all within 1 year, and became the fittest I’ve ever been. I then gained 65lbs with my second, and am learning to love my body for the amazing life creating force that it is. I’ve learned it’s more than just loosing weight, it is getting your whole body system back in balance; muscles, fascia, bones, and more 💖 I’m here to give you quick, simple and very effective workouts, at home or in the gym, that make you feel good after doing them! I’m going to help strengthen your core, repair your pelvic floor, and empower you to take control of your health, so you can carry it on for generations. I will get you Whole Body Healthy through my modern workouts and ancestral nutritional wisdom 💖

    How soon postpartum can I start? Do I have to wait 6 weeks?
    * You can start the core breathing right away, you probably don't have to wait the 6 weeks... * HOWEVER Consult your doctor first
    What equipment do I need?
